Will it make up an answer?
No. It answers from the information you give it, and where it does not know, it says so and fetches a person.
An assistant that invents a price or a stock level is worse than no assistant, so it is built to hand over rather than to guess.
Can a person take over a conversation?
At any point, and the person sees everything said so far. The customer is never asked to repeat themselves.
Does it reply in Swahili?
It replies in the language the customer wrote in, English or Swahili.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes, and we help you set one up if you do not have one. Setting up the number and getting it approved is part of the work.
